At Anthem Fitness we use the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to identify risk of injury and to find the best training methods for you.

FMS has successfully helped the Henderson Fire Department as well as elite level athletes with identifying their injury risks while improving performance. This in-depth assessment aids us in designing a program that will help you look good and feel great!

This program is used to increase strength, flexibility, and mobility. Our goal at Anthem Fitness is to help maintain and improve your body's performance.

Muscle imbalances are a major cause to athletic related injuries. FMS will detect where those imbalances exist and then we build a program around that to correct it. This not only prevents injuries, but helps you heal more quickly and allows you to excel in all areas of training.
